A note to say Thank You for the great catering service last Saturday, 7/9.  The four platters and accessories were beautiful and delicious.  The tablecloths were perfect, and delivery was perfect timing.  Your delivery boy was very accommodating.  Overall the party was a huge success, and you were responsible for working so with long distance.
