Lisa Morel is our department’s lead, and with a commitment to quality and over 25 years of experience planning events that range from the simplest birthday celebrations to extravagant galas.
With wedding receptions having been a large part of Lisa’s experiences, she knows that a Bride can begin to plan her wedding from the moment she gets her first Barbie doll. Every detail, even the tiniest one is important. Lisa’s meticulous attention to those details is matched only by her painstaking effort to make every event exactly as our client has dreamed it would be. Having worked in all aspects of the food and beverage industry, she strives to put herself in the shoes of all who are involved and deliver what the client expects before they know they expect it!
Lisa lives in Fort Wayne with her husband and youngest daughter and is quite happy that the rest of her children also reside in Fort Wayne so she can dote on her 4 grandchildren.
Chef Jeff Miller is the catering chef for all offsite caterings. He takes the time to make sure every event has his seal of approval.
